How do I return an item or obtain refund for a purchase?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for refunds/returns.

This policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure a positive shopping experience for you.

1. Return/Refund Timeline

We offer a transparent and customer-friendly return/refund timeline. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. We believe this timeframe strikes a balance between allowing you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase while also ensuring a fair policy for our business.

Make sure you enclose a copy of your invoice or the packing documents so the warehouse staff can identify your return. Once your item is received by our warehouse, we will credit your account or issue a refund as applicable.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns or refunds for materials after 30 days and/or if the digital version has been downloaded. If any purchased material has been downloaded, you waive your consumer rights for this refund regardless of timeframe.

2. Acceptable Item Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging (if applicable). Please note that certain items may have specific conditions for return due to their nature. See 4. Items Eligible for Refund/Return and 5. Items NOT Eligible for Refund/Return for more information.

3. Refund and Shipping Charges

We understand the importance of transparent and fair refund and shipping charges. Our policy aims to be reasonable. We offer free shipping on returns, which means you won't have to worry about additional shipping costs when returning items.

For refunds, we offer the following options:

Money Refund: We'll return the cost of the item to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Full Refund: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase, we'll issue a full refund.

Partial Refund: In some cases, a partial refund may be provided if only part of the order is returned.

Line-Item Refund: For items that are part of a larger order, we may issue a refund for the specific item returned.

4. Items Eligible for Refund/Return

While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that not all items on our website are eligible for exchange, refund, or return.

Any undamaged hardcopy product still in its original packaging and within 30 days of its shipment date.

Digital Downloads may also be eligible for a refund if they have not yet been downloaded and within 30 days of the original order date.

5. Items NOT Eligible for Refund/Return

Damaged or otherwise visibly used hardcopy materials no longer in their original packaging and/or those that have exceeded the 30-day return window.

Subscription Products: Items sold as part of a monthly or annual contract with an associated fee.

Digital Downloads that have been accessed or have exceeded the 30-day return window.
