Why can't I renew my online subscription?

Online subscriptions get placed on hold if the credit card on your account expired. Here is how you can reactivate your online subscription.

Update Your Payment Method

If your online subscription lapses because your credit card expired, the subscription will be placed on hold until the payment method is updated. Your Subscriptions/Auto-Renewals tab will look like this:

Click Edit Payment Method

Once you update your payment method, you may be able to renew the sub by clicking the "Edit Payment Method" link on the right side of the subscription details:

Cancel Subscription If You See an Error Message

In some instances, clicking the "Edit Payment Method" link will lead to an error page. If this happens to you, it means the subscription was imported which can lead to some issues.

To correct this, click on the "Cancel Subscription" link. This will cancel the subscription outright. Then you can resubscribe to the particular online subscription. Simply go to the product page and make your selection. Click here to go to our Online Subscriptions product page.

Once you place your new subscription order, you will be able to access the subscription again.
