How do I reset my password?

There are two ways to reset your password; with a reset link or by using a temporary password.

If you're unable to log into your account, you can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot My Password" link in the login screen. This will send a code to the email that is linked to your account. The code may go to your spam folder so make sure to check there if you don't see it initially.

In some cases, the email associated with your account may be old or outdated. If this occurs, our team can create a temporary password for you to log into your account. Simply contact the Sales Desk team through email at salesdesk@texasbar.com or over the phone at (512) 427-1411.

Once we create your temporary password, you will have a few hours to use it. Simply head to the login screen, enter your email and temporary password. From there, you will be asked to create a new password then you will be able to log into your account.
